1. Services Provided

Gaya Tour Package (a unit of Kv Tours Private Limited) acts as a destination management and tour operating company coordinating ground transportation, airport/station transfers, hotel accommodations, guide services, and pilgrimage logistics across Gaya, Bodh Gaya, Rajgir, Nalanda, and Varanasi.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of itinerary terms and payment of required advance deposits. Full payment schedules and accepted modes of payment will be specified in your written booking confirmation.

3. Itinerary Variations & Force Majeure

While every effort is made to maintain scheduled itineraries, adjustments may occur due to local traffic regulations, weather conditions, festival VIP movements, or temple crowd management directives. In such instances, our local team will provide suitable alternatives.

4. Limitation of Liability

We act in the capacity of travel coordinators. Religious rituals and ceremonies are conducted in accordance with traditional local customs by independent local priests. We do not make medical, spiritual, or supernatural guarantees.
