Cancellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all tours, transfers, and pilgrimage packages booked with Gaya Tour Package (a unit of Kv Tours Private Limited).

1. General Cancellation Terms

We understand that pilgrimage and travel schedules may need to change unexpectedly. Cancellations must be notified in writing via email (info@gayatourpackage.com) or official WhatsApp (+91 95606 07497).

2. Standard Tour Packages

• Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival: Full deposit refund less nominal administrative processing fee (10%).
• Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the advance package amount.
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: Non-refundable due to pre-committed hotel reservations and dedicated vehicle allocations.

3. Pitru Paksha Peak Season Bookings

Due to extreme demand and strict non-refundable terms imposed by regional hotels during the annual Pitru Paksha fortnight, reservations made for the Pitru Paksha period are non-refundable within 30 days of the travel date.
